Highlights
Distilled beverage made from the leftover fermentation of rice and the koji used to produce sake. Made from rice, this is the Marisma Eco variety, handcrafted by Kensho Sake in the Ebro Delta, and fermented with special koji spores for sake. After the sake is extracted, it is kept under optimal humidity and temperature conditions for final fermentation and maturation for a minimum of 6 months.
Each bottle contains 500 ml – 19% ABV.
